Rodier Family Law is pleased to announce that partner Samantha Rodier was selected as a 2015 – 2016 Fellow for the Maryland State Bar Association’s (MSBA) Leadership Academy.

The Leadership Academy is a 12-month program developed by the MSBA that helps lawyers become stronger leaders in both the legal industry and the community, and offers opportunities for future leadership roles within the MSBA.

Each year, representatives from the MSBA select 15 Fellows from dozens of submitted applications to participate in the program. During their time as a Fellow, participants develop and enhance their leadership qualities by attending specified MSBA events, executing a public service project and participating in workshops to improve public speaking, media relations, interviewing and budgeting skills.

The skills each Fellow learns throughout the duration of this program directly benefits the MSBA, the local and specialty bar associations and the public.
