Rodier Family Law attorney, Sarah Gable was appointed as secretary of the Collaborative Professionals of Harford County organization.

This newly established group consists of attorneys as well as other collaboratively trained professionals, including financial and mental health professionals. The goal of this organization is to focus its efforts on the promotion and growth of collaborative practice in Harford County.

Collaborative practice provides a couple going through divorce with the support and guidance of their own lawyers without the expectation of going to court. The objective is to remove litigation from the equation and create a signed settlement agreement that encompasses both parties’ goals and established guidelines each can adhere to.
